We’ve bought and sold a number of houses over the years, but we’ve never had an agent work harder for us than Marian Huish. Even while out of the country, Marian was always available to answer questions, research comps, and even write offers. With her network of colleagues, Marian arranged to have agents to show us properties when she couldn’t. We selected most of the properties we toured, but the one that we purchased was not on our radar. It was suggested by Marian, who thought it might be a good fit for us. By the next day she was showing us a place and shortly after we were putting in an offer. She guided us every step of the way. She understood our situation and made sure that our offer was very clean and strong. No doubt, our offer was accepted because of her knowledge and experience.
